Descripción del trabajoEnsure financial reports are accurate and GAAP-compliant Handle compensation accounting -including payroll, benefits, and tax-related accruals Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts Lead the month-end close process Support SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls Collaborate on strategic projects and work closely with internal teams and external auditors Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong background in payroll, benefits, and fixed asset accounting is a big plus Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred Familiarity with large ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards A proactive mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
