Schedule 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM, three shifts per week, every other weekend required. Holiday requirement applies. Job Description The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. He / She will plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs, developing individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments. Responsibilities Initiates assessments based on patient needs and physician diagnosis. Performs therapeutic nursing interventions and manages patient care. Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities. Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards. Provides patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Two (2) years of experience in acute adult oncology, specializing in leukemia & lymphoma, inpatient setting. Required Certifications : BLS (AHA), NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, ONS chemotherapy / immunotherapy certificate. Hard Skills : BLS, ACLS, Telemetry.
