Quality Technician (Clinton, TN – On-site)

Tjoapack is a global contract packaging organization (CPO) with over 35 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging and supply chain management. Headquartered in the Netherlands, and with a growing site in Clinton, TN, we are focused on shaping the future of the pharmaceutical supply chain — making it safer, more reliable, and patient-centered.

To support our growth in the U.S., we are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to ensure compliance with quality standards, maintain product integrity, and drive continuous improvement in our operations.

• ???? Your Impact

As a Quality Technician , you’ll be responsible for :

Performing in-process inspections and final quality checks on packaged pharmaceutical products.

Supporting investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints.

Conducting routine environmental and product testing in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Documenting and maintaining accurate quality records, including batch records and inspection reports.

Assisting in validation processes, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.

Collaborating with production teams to ensure adherence to quality protocols and resolve issues proactively.

Helping to drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and compliance.

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).

Strong written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to effectively interact with managers, associates, customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

2+ years of experience in a quality role within a regulated manufacturing environment—pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Results-oriented mindset , with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Ability to work independently without supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficiency in quality control principles , including GMP, FDA regulations, and the use of measurement tools and lab equipment.

Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality assurance.

A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and compliance.

Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Strong in communication and collaboration, ensuring quality is upheld across teams.

Passionate about patient safety and product integrity.
