Descripción del trabajoWork four days per week from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Enjoy no after-hours administrative work with real-time charting. Flexibility with scheduling and call coverage. Guaranteed salary of $301,290 for two years, transitioning to wRVU model in year three. Generous signing bonus up to $300,000 and $10,000 relocation allowance. Comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance, health, vision, dental, and 401k. 25 days PTO and $4,000 CME allowance annually. Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. Comfortable managing a broad rural patient demographic. Willing to participate in a collaborative, patient-centered care model. About The Position
Family Medicine Opportunity in Iowa Falls, IA

Practice Overview
- You'll join a team of 17 primary care providers including MDs, DOs, PAs, and ARNPs.
- 100% outpatient practice shared between Iowa Falls and Ackley Medical Center.
- Support includes your own MA and nurse, plus a float MA for the team.
- 1 : 12 call rotation by phone until 10 : 00pm; 1 : 5 Saturday clinic from 8am to 12pm.
