A company is looking for a People Services Specialist - Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Administer company benefit programs and serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits
Coordinate daily benefits processing and ensure data integrity of benefits information
Assist with annual open enrollment and support implementation of new benefit programs
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree
2 years of related experience in payroll and benefits
Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits
Experience with Workday
Strong technical knowledge of Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
