No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years. * No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. * No DUI / DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. * Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
