As a Cook 3, you will play a key role in evening culinary operations, preparing and presenting elevated dishes with consistency and confidence. This position serves as a critical member of the culinary department, supporting junior culinary colleagues, ensuring high food quality standards, and maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen during our busy PM service.

2+ years of previous culinary experience, including working independently on the line
Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Works a typical schedule of 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs
Strong knife skills, sauce work, and knowledge of cooking techniques
Ability to support and train junior team members as needed
Culinary degree or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain composure under pressure
