Descripción del trabajoHigh school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting a plus) 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Jonas, Club Prophet, etc.) Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service mindset, with the ability to handle sensitive member interactions professionally Experience in hospitality, private clubs, or member-based organizations is a bonus

The Accounting Clerk responsibilities include the following :
- Process incoming payments (checks, credit cards, ACH, and online payments)
- Generate and distribute invoices for memberships, events, and services
- Monitor and reconcile member accounts to ensure timely payments
- Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all A / R transactions
- Respond to member billing inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes
- Collaborate with internal departments, including the Pro Shop, Events, and Membership Services
