Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships through phone, email, in-person meetings, and referrals.Educate clients on a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, health, and commercial coverage.Conduct needs-based assessments and offer customized insurance solutions.Handle new business generation, policy renewals, and customer service follow-ups.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.Maintain compliance with all company and industry regulations.Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license and / or Life, Health, and Accident license in the state of Missouri (or willingness to obtain)Previous sales experience preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of integrity, motivation, and work ethicComfortable working with digital tools (CRM, quoting platforms, etc.)
