About the role : This company is hiring a Program Manager to take ownership of its robust calendar of live programming. The Program Manager will serve as the go-to person to ensure events run smoothly, speakers are fully supported, and the community has an exceptional experience. This is not a strategy-only role, it's ideal for someone who thrives in execution, wants to grow quickly, and enjoys managing high-volume, high-impact programs with precision and energy.
Requirements
- Host and facilitate many of the nearly 200 live virtual programs and peer groups held each year.
- Own the program calendar, ensuring all logistics are accurate and up to date.
- Communicate clearly with speakers to ensure alignment, confidence, and readiness.
- Backfill or reschedule speakers when needed, collaborating with internal teams.
- Confirm speaker participation and session details.
- Provide support and feedback to speakers to ensure smooth delivery.
- Elevate speaker-related issues or opportunities to improve program quality.
- Respond to community questions, troubleshooting needs, and inquiries.
- Identify and escalate trends, feedback, or concerns around user experience.
- Manage pre- and post-program email communications.
- Ensure reminders, links, and follow-ups are timely and professional.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment across programs.
- Exceptional organizational skills highly detail-oriented and able to manage complex schedules with precision.
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership without needing constant direction.
- Friendly, outgoing personality comfortable being "on stage" and engaging with diverse groups of people.
- Strong operational skills confident working across systems, pulling reports, and managing details efficiently.
- Background in B2B tech, enablement, customer success / support, or community management.
- Experience in marketing communications or customer journey initiatives.
- Familiarity with virtual event platforms such as Zoom or similar tools.
