Program Manager

Overview The Local Program Manager at El Paso Detention Center serves as an administrative and programmatic partner to the Chaplain.

The LPM manages volunteer coordination, detainee requests, and compliance reporting, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of religious services.

Key Duties Assist the Chaplain in planning and administering religious services and activities.

Manage volunteer recruitment, vetting, and scheduling.

Maintain accurate reports, attendance logs, and program documentation.

Coordinate detainee requests for religious meals, observances, and grievances.

Support compliance with the Quality Control Plan and program deliverables.

Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in religion, social work, volunteer coordination, or a related field.

Prior experience in detention, correctional, or institutional environments preferred.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
