Project Manager Custom Home Builder
Location : Portland, ME
Job Type : Full-Time
Our client is a well-established custom home builder specializing in high-end residential projects. They are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in residential construction to join their team. Commercial experience will also be considered. This is a growth-oriented opportunity for a motivated professional looking to develop their career with a company known for craftsmanship and excellence.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee custom home construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Maintain job site safety, compliance, and adherence to building codes.
- Solve problems proactively and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
