Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Remote (PA / NJ / DE).

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with providers and members to identify patients at risk for non-adherence and support targeted outreach

Identify barriers to medication adherence and address them with members and providers

Facilitate communication with internal / external teams to resolve medication-related issues

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or managed care setting; provider-facing experience preferred

Familiarity with payer systems, pharmacy benefits, claims data, and quality metrics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy documentation systems
