HIRING IN Boone, NC!!! Stepdown RN!!

Here are a few quick details about the position :

• Title :  Stepdown RN
• Location :  Boone, NC
• Facility Type :  Watauga Medical Center
• Schedule : 3x12s Nights
• Compensation :   $2,268 per week
• Start Date : asap

Unit Notes

IMCU RN needed, ASAP and for 13 weeks

3x12 7pm-7am,, up to 2 weekends per month, float (to MedSurg as patient volume requires), holidays

Blocked scheduling will be considered if requested on the front end - not guaranteed

EMR - EPIC (recent experience / proficiency is required)

5 : 1 patient / RN ratio with the goal of 4 : 1. Average daily census is 20-24 and there are 24 beds. Peds patients are not common / frequent, but they do not redirect those patients, so candidates must be comfortable taking a peds patient.

BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required

Skills Required - Telemetry

2 years experience required, first time travelers okay
