Descripción del trabajoManage warm listing & buyer appointments generated by our marketing and inside-sales team. Convert leads through a consultative sales approach and diligent follow-up. Conduct buyer & seller consultations, market analyses, and open houses. Oversee transactions from contract to closing with the support of our back-office team. Learn and apply creative deal structures (cash offers, guaranteed sale programs, seller finance, subject-to, etc.). Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to expand your personal business pipeline. Stay informed on local market conditions and community resources. Active Oregon and / or Washington real estate license (or ability to obtain within 60 days) . Full-time dedication — this is a career, not a side gig. Coachable, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Excellent communicator with strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable with daily prospecting and outbound outreach when needed. Tech-savvy and ready to adopt proven systems and tools. Previous sales experience preferred but not required. Pay range : $48,226.91 – $196,492.21 per year (varies with production). Income potential : Top producers commonly earn $120K–$170K+ in their first year on the team. Supplemental pay : Bonus pay, commission pay. Benefits : Flexible schedule, Monday–Friday core hours with self-determined scheduling and some weekend availability required.
