Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD / DO) to deliver high-quality, team-based care in a Post-Acute Care facility in the Greenville, SC area. You’ll work alongside experienced NPs and support staff in a collaborative environment focused on improving outcomes — Monday through Friday only. No weekends. No call.

Your Role :

• Provide direct care to long-term and post-acute patients
• Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners
• Ensure high standards in documentation, compliance, and care quality
• Represent PSG in supporting facility performance and care initiatives
