We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Sr Solutions Delivery Manager on our Publishing team. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in the office. This role is responsible for designing and delivering process, system, workflow, and product solutions for JAMA and the JAMA Network by leveraging efficiencies and technologies. The role requires analytic thinking steeped in scholarly journal publishing business models as well as new technologies. The role combines deep domain knowledge, data-driven market analysis and strong execution to deliver solutions that meet user needs and support revenue and margin growth (ROI). Translates business needs into workflow or technology solutions that drive reduced manual tasks and processing time for the business while increasing adoption with customers. Collaborates closely with sales, marketing and Product Managers, to develop editorial and publishing solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Collaborates closely with JAMA editorial and production to drive performance improvements, ensuring alignment with quality and speed objectives.

Requirements :

The American Medical Association is located at 330 N. Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL 60611 and is convenient to all public transportation in Chicago. This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $116,739-$154,760. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration and geographical location, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employees are also eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
