Now Hiring : Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Facility - Baltimore, MD

Are you a compassionate and driven Physical Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, patient-centered environment? Join our dedicated rehab team at a 117-bed skilled nursing facility in Baltimore, MD, offering both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation.

Position Details :

Job Type : Permanent, Full-Time

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Weekend Rotation : Yes

Hours : 40 hours / week

Compensation : $40.00 – $45.00 / hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do :

  • Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments or disabilities.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.
  • Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams.
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland.
  • Only 6 months of Physical Therapist experience required.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a passion for patient care.
