System Analyst 4 (Hybrid)

Primary Location : Richmond, Virginia

OpenKyber is currently hiring for a System Analyst 4 for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia .

Education and Experience

• Must have experience providing technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, creating logical and physical data models.
• Prior experience with Azure DevOps and working with CICD Pipelines is helpful.
• Heavily involved in Data interfaces between different MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans.
• Looking for someone with prior technical experience as a developer and prior experience working with an Agile board to assign and track team assignments.
• Tools : Oracle, MongoDB, Talend, SQL Server, PL / SQL.
• Experience with Systems Analysis : 10 years.
• Must have strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes. : 10 years.
• Requirements Gathering : 10 years.
• Experience with Software Development : 5 years.
• Experience with Database Design : 5 years.
• Experience with ETL Tools : 5 years.
• Experience with Designing Solutions based on Requirements : 5 years.
• SQL, PLSQL : 10 years.
• Assigning Work to Technical Team and Tracking : 5 years.
• Use of Agile Board : 5 years.
• Knowledge of CI / CD Pipeline Concepts : 3 years.
• MongoDB : 5 years.
• Oracle DB : 5 years.
• Interfaces and Extracts : 5 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills : 15 years.
• Excellent customer service skills : 15 years.
