Inside Sales Representative

A company is looking for a Customer Development - Inside Sales representative.

Key Responsibilities

Make 60-80 outbound phone calls daily to guide potential members through the loan application process

Understand potential members' goals and tailor solutions using company products

Simplify complex financial concepts to enhance customer understanding and experience

Required Qualifications

1+ year of call center or sales experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Interest in developing skills in negotiation and persuasion

Self-starter with a team-oriented mentality

Ability to build relationships and focus on customer experiences
