Join a leading power delivery contractor as a Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in strengthening the nation's power grid. You will manage complex projects ranging from $500K to $10M, ensuring successful outcomes from proposal to completion, with a strong focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects.
• Oversee projects from the initial proposal to successful completion, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Emphasize safety performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own financials, schedule, resources, procurement, materials, budgets, change orders, contracts, and subcontractors.
• Travel to job sites 1-2 weeks per month for on-site management.

Work Environment :

The role involves working on-site for a new substation build 1-2 weeks per month, with travel required to project sites in TX, OH, and OK. When not traveling, work from home is supported. Projects typically last 6-9 months and involve high voltage tied into data centers. The company self-performs electrical and foundation work, managing all materials outside of transformers and circuits. The project team includes APM, CM, Safety, and Superintendents full-time on site, with support from a regional manager. Benefits include a truck allowance or vehicle provision, cell phone allowance, provided equipment, a prorated bonus, vacation time, holidays, and a 5% 401k match.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00 / hr.
