What You Can Expect
As a Behavioral Health RN in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) , you will play a key role in supporting patients who require a higher level of structured behavioral health care than traditional outpatient therapy, but who do not need 24 / 7 inpatient treatment. This program provides a supportive, therapeutic environment designed to help patients achieve stability and develop coping strategies while maintaining their daily routines.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with the IOP Medical Director, IOP Clinical Manager, and a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll serve as a clinical resource and patient advocate, helping coordinate care across multiple settings and ensuring safety and continuity of services.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8a-5p. No weekends / holidays!
