Business Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own daily operational performance across multiple health verticals and ensure KPIs are met

Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance patient and provider experiences

Lead and develop a team of Operations Analysts through mentorship and feedback

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in strategy and / or consulting roles, preferably in high-growth direct-to-consumer companies

3+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing high-performing teams

Skilled in analyzing large datasets and translating insights into actionable strategies

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred

Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward
