Type : Full-Time, Permanent | Home Health

Your Role and Impact

As a PTA-Home Health, you will :

• Deliver therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement personalized care plans using therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with care standards
• Support and educate patients and families to promote continued recovery
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure effective, holistic care delivery
