A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team handling various Workers Compensation claims to ensure high-quality service
Promote best practices and manage workloads to enhance team performance and efficiency
Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while driving talent development within the team
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 8 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are managed
Minimum of 5-10 years of workers compensation adjusting experience
Minimum of 2 years of prior management or leadership experience
