Key Responsibilities

Provide practical legal advice on commercial contracts, data protection, employment, and corporate governance

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners

Advise on regulatory and compliance issues, support risk management, and assist with corporate governance

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of post-qualification experience

Strong commercial acumen and ability to work with non-legal stakeholders

Broad legal skillset in commercial contracts, corporate law, employment, and compliance

Proactive and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
