Compensation : $80,000 - $97,000 Annual Salary + Full Time Benefits

Position Overview :

The Assistant Clinical Program Director supports the Clinical Director in overseeing the daily operations and clinical activities within our Castle Rock Teen Residential Treatment facility. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to ensure high-quality client care, efficient workflow, and adherence to regulatory standards. The Assistant Clinical Director will also take on a leadership role in fostering professional development, improving clinical processes, and maintaining a positive, client-centered environment.
