Product Management Rotational Program (PMRP)

The Product Management Rotational Program (PMRP) is a full-time, two-year program designed to accelerate the careers of early-career professionals who are passionate about building impactful products. As a PMRP associate, you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of product development at Sam's Club through two dynamic rotations. Each rotation places you at the center of innovationsolving real problems, delivering member-centric experiences, and shaping the future of retail technology. PMRP associates are full-time Product Managers from day one and will rotate across high-impact teams, building the skills, relationships, and product intuition needed to grow into future product leaders.

You'll contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps that support strategic initiatives and site functionality across a variety of subcategories. You'll support all phases of the product lifecyclefrom discovery to deliverydefining problem statements, success metrics, and key milestones. You'll conduct product research, analyze data, and assess member behavior to identify opportunities and validate product decisions. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, category, and marketing teams to align on technical requirements and deliver high-impact features. You'll proactively identify issues, recommend improvements, and drive data-informed decisions to enhance member experiences. You'll participate in agile ceremonies, write user stories, and continuously iterate based on stakeholder and member feedback. You'll engage in mentorship, feedback, and professional development to grow both personally and as a member of the broader product community.

You'll bring an undergraduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Economics, or a related field. You'll have demonstrated interest or experience in product management, product development lifecycles, or digital / retail technology. You'll have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-first mindset. You'll be able to synthesize technical concepts and communicate them clearly across functions. You'll have adaptability, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You'll have excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities. A successful candidate will not require sponsorship.

Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
