Descripción del trabajoActive, unrestricted clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD). Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field. Demonstrated experience providing therapy to adults in a clinical setting. Strong commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Excellent communication, empathy, and organization skills. Comfortable working independently in a telehealth environment while collaborating within a virtual team. 100% telehealth flexibility —work from anywhere in California. Position Summary
We are seeking a California fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD) to join our expanding telehealth team. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and the connection of a supportive clinical community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy for adults through secure telehealth sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership through case consultations and team meetings.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.
