• We’re looking for an experienced and motivated *Licensed Real Estate Agent* to help us grow our homeownership program, guide buyers through the purchasing process, and represent our Community Land Trust (CLT) properties. Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions
• Guide clients through the home-buying process, including shared equity and CLT models
• Market and list properties, ensuring visibility among eligible buyers
• Conduct property showings and open houses for eligible homebuyers
• Maintain compliance with state and local real estate laws and fair housing policies
• Active *real estate license* in Oklahoma
• Experience in residential real estate sales* (affordable housing experience a plus!)
• Knowledge of *Community Land Trusts, shared equity models, or down payment assistance programs* preferred
• Passion for affordable housing and working with first-time homebuyers
