As a Security Professional - Residential Access Control in Suwanee, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for residents and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Monitor and control access to the residential location, verifying identification and credentials of residents, guests, and vendors

Provide customer service by assisting residents and visitors with inquiries and directions in a professional manner

Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as outlined by Allied Universal and the client location

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client requirements

Support emergency response activities as needed, coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management when appropriate

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred

Customer service experience is preferred

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
