Responsibilities
The Nurse Educator in the Burn Unit will play a critical role in facilitating the professional development of Community Health System's (CHS) burn nursing staff and ancillary staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety within our burn unit. This position involves planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs, as well as providing mentorship to nurses. Additionally, the Nurse Educator will actively engage in patient care to maintain clinical competence.

Qualifications
Education• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or graduation from an accredited School of NursingExperience• Approximately two years clinical experience in Burn• Experience in patient and staff education development and implementation, quality improvement, program development and professional development requiredLicenses and Certifications• RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required• Additional unit specific requirements requiredRN Clinical Educator, Burn • Fresno, CA, US
