As a customer care representative @ Shane Satterfield Insurance & Financial Services inc, you are the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support with their insurance & financial needs. This role focuses on relationships building, problem solving and delivering seamless customer experience.

• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
