Product Marketing Leader For Microsoft Sentinel

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and experienced Product Marketing leader to join our team and lead the work on our agentic, AI-driven security platform Microsoft Sentinel. You will be the product marketing lead in a high-visibility role, ensuring alignment between market trends, customer needs, and the evolution of our security platform, with a focus on AI-powered, agentic security scenarios. The role includes driving a product marketing strategy for Microsoft Sentinel as the industry's leading agentic security platform, enabling defenders through intelligent automation and AI-driven workflows while leveraging leading tech such as MCP servers, AI agents, and more. In addition to owning the product marketing strategy and plan, you will build the messaging and positioning framework for the agentic feature set and drive alignment across our key security product teams as well as the broader security ecosystem. This will require an understanding of the customer needs and relevant market trends, in addition to a deep understanding of the technology enabling these agentic use cases. You will partner with senior Product Engineering leaders to bring to market an industry-changing approach that leverages agentic AI to deliver proactive, adaptive security services and unlock new value for customers and partners.

Responsibilities :

• Be the core inbound PMM for our agentic capabilities in Microsoft Sentinel while keep abreast of new agentic technologies.
• Engage with both customers and partners to solicit input used to inform product design and go-to-market approach.
• Partner closely with product engineering, product marketing, business development and other functions to design strategy and drive execution.
• Design and executing marketing initiatives to generate customer awareness, drive engagement and support sales enablement.
• Foster diversity and inclusion on a thriving team while role modeling Microsoft's culture.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
