Director of FP&A Who :

  • A rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare firm with over 1,200 employees.

What :

  • Seeking a strategic financial leader to direct FP&A functions and supervise a team of two.

    • When :

  • Immediate hire needed.

    • Where :

  • Dunwoody, GA.

    • Salary :

  • $150,000–$160,000 base plus 10% bonus and potential equity participation.

    • Position Overview :

  • The Director of FP&A will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will be instrumental in guiding budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive growth and efficiency.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of two financial analysts.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support business operations and financial health.

    • Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA in Finance / Strategy is a big plus). 7–10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a strong focus on FP&A in a corporate or multi-site environment.
  • A sharp, strategic mindset — able to see both the big picture and the financial details.
  • Confidence working directly with senior leaders — you're not afraid to speak up, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions.
  • Outstanding analytical skills — you make data clear, actionable, and impactful.
  • Experience in healthcare-related businesses is a bonus.
