Shubert currently owns and operates 17 Broadway theatres, six off-Broadway venues, and the Forrest Theatre in Philadelphia.

Shubert delivers innovative ticketing solutions via its Telecharge, API distribution, and private-label technology, offering unparalleled distribution and marketing to the theatre industry and beyond. Its consumer-facing brands—Telecharge for retail ticket sales and Broadway Inbound for tour operators and the travel industry—sell millions of tickets each year.

TITLE :                                               Maintenance Crew Member

SCHEDULED HOURS :                    Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm. Must be able                                                             to work overtime when required.

PAY RATE :                                       $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on skills          and experience

QUALIFICATONS REQUIRED :

Job functions / responsibilities to include, but not be limited to :

  • Ability to perform tasks related to general construction and facilities maintenance (i.e., general carpentry, masonry, concrete, stone or tile-setting, demolition, minor roof and door repairs, etc.).

General construction work experience

  • Familiarity with various power and non-power tools
  • Ability to complete work orders as directed by Maintenance Field Supervisor.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

    Good attendance and punctuality

  • Special Consideration will be given to candidates with specialties experience including storefront door specialist, millworker etc.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

  • Travel between multiple Times Square properties daily.
  • Travel and work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
  • Climbing ladders, stairs, and working at height daily.
  • Lifting 50 lbs.
  • Driving a company van.
