Descripción del trabajoPrevious busser or restaurant experience preferred English language and professional communications skills are required Ability to work in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays Mobility required during the entire shift Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Clear tables of dishware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchen
- Keep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and mopping
- Maintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dishware
- Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals
- Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments at tables
- Assist servers with food delivery
- Keep designated service stations clean and well stocked
- Complete opening / running / closing side work duties as assigned
- Assist teammates with opening / running / closing side work duties upon request
