Associate Director of Marketing, Therapeutic Dermatology

Base pay range : $190,000.00 / yr - $210,000.00 / yr

Location : Boston, MA (Permanent role)

Our client, a leading organization in immunology and dermatology, is seeking an exceptional individual to join their team as an Associate Director of Marketing. This role offers the chance to shape impactful marketing strategies while working collaboratively with a talented team of professionals.

Key Components of the Role

  • Marketing Expertise : Leverage extensive marketing experience, ideally 5+ years within the pharmaceutical industry or related consulting, to deliver innovative strategies and campaigns ensuring the short and long‑term success of the brand.
  • People Management : Utilize strong leadership and management skills to guide and inspire team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and success.
  • Cross‑Collaboration : Work seamlessly with various teams and stakeholders, strengthening partnerships to drive results and achieve shared goals.

What We Need From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business-related and / or life sciences field from an accredited institution.
  • In‑depth knowledge of medical, regulatory and legal review processes in the United States.
  • Prior HCP marketing experience.
  • People leadership and management skills.
  • Demonstrated commercial success.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and tenacity.
