A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I - Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Provide assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services and their caregivers
Handle 40+ inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of company systems and procedures for handling sensitive information
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent
One year of experience in customer support activities, preferably in a call center
Bilingual in English / Russian, English / Ukrainian, or English / Spanish required
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office and web-based documentation
Ability to work with the public in stressful situations while obtaining positive results
