A company is looking for a Manager, Benefits responsible for the administration and improvement of employee benefit programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans
Oversee leave programs and provide training on compliance requirements
Manage the annual benefits open enrollment process and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
7-10 years of related HR experience, with at least 5 years in benefits administration
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Experience in developing and implementing employee benefit programs
Preferred certifications include Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
