Your music abilities range from instrumental to arranging / producing, songwriting, and singing / coaching harmonies. You have a development mentality and are ready to recruit and cultivate others. You see feedback and communication as a crucial part of ensuring you’re able to provide the best worship experience possible. Your presence brings a spirit of fun and joy.

What you'll do :

• Lead worship services weekly (weekend & student midweek)
• Lead rehearsals & service run-throughs
• Oversee Campus Producer
• Debrief weekend and provide feedback to Central Worship Team
• Partner with campus staff to develop and build the culture at the Forney Campus
• Spot, recruit, and develop volunteer worship team members
• Assistance in leading, planning, and participating in special events
