About our property : Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public. Currently 800 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites (expanding to 1,400 rooms in March 2026!) Three restaurants including a Starbucks (expanding to nine restaurants in March 2026!) 105,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms. (expanding to 200k in March 2026!) Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields. All professional clientele. No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events.
