Title of Position : Regional Manager

Job Description : We are looking for the right fit as an Regional Manager for our company. The person in this position will oversee these daily duties : setting sales targets, maximizing sales, and providing your team with a stimulating and supportive atmosphere. This is a stimulating job where you act as a role model, take full operational responsibility for your specific product lines and the credit for a job well done. The Regional Manager will be responsible for staffing employees, maintaining and increasing standards ofcustomer service, driving team performance, controlling the training and development of your staff and will work closely with other senior managers anddepartment managers. The Regional Manager must have fantastic leadership skills as you’ll need to be capable of inspiring and motivating many individuals. Attention to detail and organization and having a knowledge of the local area and contacts is preferred. You will assemble techniques to put together and integrate our strategic blueprint. We have been searching for a District Manager with value-driven leadership who is prepared to make the choices essential to achieve excellent outcomes. This position does require travel to multiple restaurant locations.
