About the Role :

Join Poolwerx Redlands as a Payroll Processor and play a key role in ensuring our team is compensated accurately and on time. We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to support our mission of delivering exceptional pool care services.

Note : This position is part time, 2 days per week every 2 weeks

Responsibilities :

  • Process payroll for all employees in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation is collected and stored.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
  • Assist in the implementation of payroll software updates and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR to support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
