Event Marketing Assistant – Entry Level

The MGN Foundation is a rapidly growing marketing and promotions firm dedicated to helping clients increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and build strong community connections. We specialize in live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs for both nonprofit and national partners.

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for energetic, organized individuals who enjoy working with people and want to start a career in event marketing, customer engagement, and promotions. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.

Responsibilities :

Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of local events and promotional campaigns

Support marketing and outreach initiatives to engage customers and community members

Provide excellent customer service during live events and campaigns

Coordinate logistics, manage materials, and assist team members as needed

Track attendance, gather feedback, and report event outcomes to management

Learn and apply skills in event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, and communications
