Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing all aspects of incoming payments and customer accounts.

This position ensures accurate and timely invoicing, monitors outstanding balances, and works proactively to resolve billing discrepancies.

The AR Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams-such as sales, customer service, and finance-to support smooth cash flow operations and maintain strong customer relationships.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance with company policies and accounting standards are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirements :

Process customer invoices, credit memos, and payments accurately and timely.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain AR reports, summaries, and documentation for management.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to address billing and payment issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including AR reporting.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
