Overview

Senior Art Director – FULL TIME - Will start Temp-to-hire (40hr / week)

Salary : $47.50-$55.00 / hr / $95k-$110k (based on experience)

Location : Remote for 2-3 months, then onsite, M-F in Los Angeles, CA

We're seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Art Director to lead the visual direction of a prominent fashion brand. You will define the vision and execution of seasonal campaigns and everyday creative across both in-store and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and vision for seasonal campaigns, product stories, and everyday brand moments across multiple channels
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to develop cohesive concepts that drive business results
• Oversee the creative production process, including concepting, photoshoots, editing, retouching, and final image selection
• Guide and mentor designers and cross-functional creative partners to ensure high-quality design and storytelling
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and photographers to deliver standout assets
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and creative voice across all touchpoints
