SUMMARY The Back of House Super is a leader in the restaurant responsible for maintaining the written standards of the company and ultimately delivering our cultural, financial and qualitative measurements of success.

To achieve this, the BOH Super must be an expert at balancing the needs of the guests, employees, the community partners and the ownership.
