Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Director of Adult Services. As a member of the Senior Management Team the Director of Adult Services is responsible for the overall operational aspects of DDS licensed residential group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities in portfolio and other service lines as assigned. This position works collaboratively and in concert with the operations leadership team. The Director of Adult Services oversees the operation of the programs ensuring the completion of activities related to service coordination staffing supervision ISP program development and implementation repair and maintenance and budget management.

The Director of Adult Services works collaboratively with all Aspire teams such as Human Resources Clinical Quality Enhancement Finance and Maintenance to ensure programmatic success including agency initiatives and adherence to agency policies and procedures and licensing regulations.
