A company is looking for a Financial Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life moments
Discuss and align available account options, such as 401K and IRAs, with customers' retirement savings goals
Educate customers on retirement plan specifics and deepen their relationship with the company
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in performance / goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset growth and retention
Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations within established timelines
Motivated self-starter with a quick learning ability
Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills
